Hotel Tramonto offers a typically Mediterranean cuisine that caters for all tastes due to its natural ingredients, original inventiveness and quality. Combining the typical products of our land- pasta, tomatoes, olive oil, wine and vegetables in season- we revive dishes of the old Gargano tradition.
And now, our desserts- marzipan sweets, "mostaccioli", orange jam and lemon tarts, almond tart, ricotta cheese with nuts and honey tart, fritters dipped in concentrated grape must.
And after that, our liqueurs- "limoncello", tangerine, "amarena" (sour cherry liqueur), sweet bay, lemon cream and our nut liqueur.
